Dynamic updates enhance the recovery process by updating the Windows Recovery Environment with new, essential features and ensuring smoother setup procedures. These packages include various fixes and help maintain Language Pack (LP) and Features on Demand (FODs) content during upgrades. For example, VBScript has been identified as an FOD in Windows 11 version 24H2.
